Heatwave in the UK

Due to the current UK heatwave, I’ll be putting production on hold until 16th July. Website remains open!

My studio is in the loft, where temperatures are reaching 40°C in this weather. Even with air conditioning, it’s unfortunately too hot to work safely for long periods. I’m also prioritising keeping my newborn as cool and comfortable as possible during the heat.

Import Taxes & Duties


My work is classified as either “Original Artwork” which is exempt from the new tariffs, or as “Imitation Jewellery”, which receives a fee of about 10%.

US: I have been reassured by my postal service (Royal Mail) that via their PDDP service, all custom fees are pre-paid by myself when I purchase the shipping labels. However, please note that U.S. Customs has final discretion.

Please be aware that your country may apply import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer.

As I'm based in the UK, any international orders may be subject to such costs, which I'm unable to control or predict. I recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
